CEO & Founder - Steve Ehrenreich

Steve has more than nine years of legal knowledge management
and ecommerce experience. Prior to co-founding TacitLogic,
Steve was the Director of Knowledge Management at Littler
Mendelson, a national labor and employment law firm. At
Littler, he developed numerous applications including
intranets, extranets, publications tools, workflow components
and digital publications. Additionally, Steve founded
Arthur Andersen’s NetMedia Group, a national practice
dedicated to helping Andersen professionals leverage internet
technologies and the Firm’s knowledge to sell and provide
services to clients.
Steve holds a JD from St. Mary's School of Law. He received
a BA in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
COO & Founder - Drew Massie

Drew has more than seven years of technology, operations,
and entrepreneurship experience. Prior to co-founding
TacitLogic, Drew was the CEO and Founder of CompleteCar,
an online automotive services business later acquired
by CarParts Technologies. At CompleteCar.com, Drew developed
market-leading applications for the automotive aftermarket
and negotiated the acquisition of CompleteCar.com by CarParts.com.
After CompleteCar.com, Drew worked at Littler Mendelson,
the nation's largest labor and employment law firm, as
Senior Web Architect, managing their Web Development Group.
In this position, he designed and delivered a Knowledge
Management and Collaboration Portal for attorneys and
clients.
Drew holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate
School of Business where he was selected for the Kauffman
Entrepreneurship Internship Program. He received a BA
in Political Science from Wesleyan University and the
London School of Economics.
Director, Sales & Business Development - Shawn Pabst

Shawn Pabst has more than eleven years of experience
in law and sales. He is the Western U.S. and Western Canada
Sales Manager for Felco Industries, Ltd, where he has
been responsible for reengineering their sales program
and developing a dealership program with over 700 outside
businesses. Prior to Felco, Shawn was National Sales Manager
for Geotech Environmental equipment, Founder & Managing
Partner for Pabst Music Productions and has held legal
internships at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality,
Texas General Land Office and Kelly Air Force Base. Shawn
is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Shawn holds a JD from St. Mary's School of Law. He received
a BA in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran
University.
