eProcess Engineering

TacitLogic's Knowledge Engineers meet with our client's for something we call eProcess Engineering. eProcess Engineering is a four step approach that brings the TacitLogic model to bear on client service problem.

  • Process Mapping - Developing a detailed visual map of the existing process.
  • Roles & Views - Identifying individual's who will require access and defining the views they will use to access information.
  • Data Points & Logical Routes - Establishing input and output variables for each step in the process and charting logical paths that lead to each outcome.
  • Storyboarding - Creating a visual tour of the proposed TacitLogic Advisor.

The results of an eProcess Engineering session will include everything our production team needs to build a TacitLogic Advisor for the client. eProcess Engineering facilitates a 'meeting of the minds', allowing TacitLogic to effectively negotiate production terms and parameters with the client.

Integration & Consulting

Clients that retain TacitLogic will be serviced by the same Knowledge Engineer for the life of their Advisor. TacitLogic Advisors, by definition will evolve over time. Our Knowledge Engineers will work with their clients on changes and updates to their Advisor system, new additions or features to enhance service. Our Engineers will also work to keep our clients informed of the latest innovations and helps them to incorporate and leverage those innovations.
